Directions
1. Cream butter and sugar together in a bowl. Add the egg and vanilla, beating well. Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; blend well. add grated apples and beat well. Pour into a greased pan.2. Combine all the topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
